About us
Aloha Relief exists so whole-person care feels organized. We connect you with practitioners who explain the plan, share notes, and adjust it when your week changes.
Why the practice was built
The founders kept hearing the same story. Someone would leave one appointment with a stretching sheet, another with a meal list, and a third with a meditation app. Each idea was reasonable. Together they were too much, and none of the authors knew what the others had asked for. Aloha Relief was built to close that gap.
We are a health and wellness practice, not a directory that leaves you to guess. A coordinator reads your intake, names the kind of help that fits, and stays available when the first match needs a revision. The clinical work stays with licensed practitioners. The organizing work stays with us.
How matching works
Your first note covers symptoms, routines, and the outcome you care about most. We look at training, communication style, and current capacity. A movement problem with poor sleep may need two people, but they are introduced as a pair with one shared goal, not as separate errands.
Visits can be in person or remote. Notes from either setting land in the same record, written so you can understand them without a medical dictionary. If a recommendation conflicts with your kitchen, your shift pattern, or a limitation you already named, it is rewritten.
What we refuse to rush
Prevention is slower than a slogan. Posture, nutrition, and stress respond to weeks of small repetition. We would rather publish a modest plan you finish than an impressive plan you abandon. Setbacks are treated as information. A missed week changes the next week. It does not reset your place in the practice.
Pricing, session length, and expected effort are described before you commit. You can read the plans, compare them with your calendar, and ask questions through the contact form. Nothing in the public site asks for a phone number or a street address, because the first conversation should be about your health, not logistics you are not ready to share.
Who the work is for
Office workers with stiff backs, parents with fractured sleep, athletes returning from injury, and older adults who want steadier balance all use the same front door. The plans differ. The promise does not: you will know who is responsible for each part of your care, and you will be able to see whether it is working.
If you want to begin, start with the journal for a sense of our voice, then request a visit when you are ready to be matched. The photographs on this page are the people who will read your notes. There is no separate sales team and no script that pretends otherwise.
