Start
48
A single consult with one practitioner, a written summary, and one follow-up note. Useful when you have a focused question and do not need a team yet.
Includes the intake, a forty-five minute visit, and a home sequence or meal adjustment you can try for two weeks.
Guide
96
A month of coordinated care with two practitioners who share notes. This is the plan most people use when sleep, pain, or meals are tangled together.
Includes two visits, a shared goal, weekly score review, and a revision if the first match is not right.
Continue
160
A season of prevention with the full set of disciplines available as needed. Built for people who want a standing rhythm rather than a single fix.
Includes a monthly review, priority booking, and a checklist at the turn of the season so the plan does not go stale.
How to decide
If you can name one problem and you mostly need an explanation, start with Start. If two parts of life are affecting each other, Guide pays for the conversation between practitioners that you would otherwise have to translate yourself. Continue is for the person who already knows wellness is a practice and wants the practice supervised.
You can move between plans at the next cycle. Unused visits are not a punishment. Tell us and we resize the month. Questions about fit belong on the contact form. We will answer with the smallest plan that can do the job, even when a larger one is available.
Nothing on this page is a medical guarantee. Results depend on the problem, the consistency you can offer, and the honesty of the weekly notes. Read the terms in the footer before you book if you want the formal version of that sentence.
