Write to the coordinators about matching, plans, or a question the journal did not answer. We reply by email.

What to include

Tell us your name, the email you actually read, and a message of at least a few sentences. If you are asking about a practitioner, name the concern rather than asking who is best in the abstract. If you are asking about a plan, say how many visits you can keep in a month.

We read messages on working days and answer in the order they arrive, with medical worries placed ahead of general questions. This page does not collect a phone number or a street address. If a visit later needs either, the practitioner will ask inside the care conversation, not on the public form.

For subscription mail, use the footer links. Those forms are only for the journal list. A clinical question sent there will be moved to this queue, which only delays the reply. If you already have a practitioner, mention the name so the note reaches the right record.

Aloha Relief is a health and wellness practice. We cannot take emergencies through this form. If you need urgent in-person help, contact local emergency services where you are. For everything else, the form is the right door. Expect a reply that names a next step, even when the next step is only a clarifying question. If you are writing about an existing visit, include the practitioner's name so the note is filed with the right record on the first reading.
