Aloha Relief

Terms

The rules for using this website and for requesting wellness visits from Aloha Relief.

Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of the Aloha Relief website and the wellness services described on it. By using the site, requesting a visit, or subscribing to the journal, you agree to this text. If you do not agree, do not send a form. You may still read the public pages. A separate clinical consent may be used before treatment, and that consent controls the treatment relationship if the two documents differ on a clinical point.

The site is a health and wellness resource. It is not an emergency service, and it does not create a practitioner relationship until a visit is accepted by both you and the practitioner. Reading an essay or a pricing page is not treatment. Submitting a form is a request, not a confirmed appointment, until we reply.

Using the public pages

You may read the pages, share links to them, and print a copy for your own notes. You may not copy the text or photographs onto another site, present them as your own, or scrape the pages to build a competing directory. The logo is ours. The portraits are of our practitioners and are not available for reuse.

Do not attempt to break the site, probe it for hidden data, or send forms with automated scripts. Do not upload anything through a message that you do not have the right to share. If you include someone else's health information, you are responsible for having their permission. We may refuse a message that looks careless with another person's privacy.

Visits and plans

Plans named Start, Guide, and Continue describe scope and price as plain numbers on the pricing page. A number is the amount for the scope written beside it. It is not a promise that a symptom will disappear. We will say which plan we recommend and why. You can choose a smaller one. Changing plans takes effect at the next cycle unless we agree in writing to change sooner.

You are responsible for arriving prepared, for telling the truth about symptoms and limits, and for following or explicitly declining the home steps. Practitioners are responsible for staying within their training, for explaining risks in ordinary words, and for coordinating with colleagues on your plan when you have allowed that sharing. Missed visits may be noted and may affect scheduling priority. They are not a fine unless a future written policy says so and you accept it.

What the site does not do

Forms validate locally and show a confirmation sentence when the fields are acceptable. That sentence means the page accepted the input. It does not by itself mean a person has already read it. We still reply by email. Do not use the form for urgent danger. Seek in-person emergency help where you are.

Journal essays are education. They are not a personal diagnosis. A checklist is a prompt for reflection, not a complete medical evaluation. If an essay conflicts with advice your own practitioner gave you, follow the practitioner who knows your history, and tell us so we can correct a public line that is too broad.

Intellectual property

The writing, layout, and photographs on this site belong to Aloha Relief or are used with permission. You receive a limited right to view them for your own care and learning. Trademarks, including the Aloha Relief name and leaf mark, may not be used to imply a partnership you do not have. If you quote a short passage, name the source and link to the page.

Feedback you send about the site may be used to improve the pages without owing you a payment. Clinical ideas you and a practitioner develop together remain part of your care record and are not turned into advertising. We will not publish your story unless you agree to the exact text.

Acceptable messages

Messages must be relevant to wellness care, scheduling, plans, or the journal. Harassment, threats, and deceptive identities are grounds to end the conversation and, if needed, the care relationship. We may block an address that repeats abuse. A disagreement about a recommendation is not abuse. Say what you think the plan got wrong, and we will answer.

Do not send confidential attachments you cannot afford to have stored in email. Ask for the channel your practitioner prefers before sending detailed records. We are not responsible for material you publish yourself on other sites about your visits. Courtesy in public comments helps everyone. It is not a waiver of your right to describe your own experience truthfully.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by the rules that apply to a wellness practice, Aloha Relief is not liable for decisions you make solely from public essays, for outages of this website, or for email delays outside our control. Practitioners remain responsible for the professional standard of their own advice. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for harm caused by a failure of that professional standard.

If a dispute arises from the website rather than from treatment, we will first try to resolve it by email within a reasonable time. Describe what happened, what you want, and the address we should use. Treatment disputes follow the professional process that applies to the practitioner involved, which will be explained when care begins.

Suspension and ending

We may suspend access to coordinated booking if messages are abusive, if payments agreed in writing are long overdue, or if continuing would be unsafe. We will say why, unless saying why would increase a risk. You may end a plan at a cycle boundary. Ending a plan does not erase records that must be kept. Unsubscribe only affects the journal.

If we close a service, we will offer a reasonable way to transfer notes you are allowed to move and we will update the public pages so new visitors are not offered a service that no longer exists. A page that remains online is meant to be accurate. Tell us if you find a stale description.

General points

If one sentence of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a point once is not a permanent waiver. These terms are the whole public agreement for the website and are updated by editing this page. A revised date will show when the text last changed. Clinical consent, when signed, sits beside these terms and covers treatment.

Questions about the terms can be sent through the contact form. Please keep the question specific. We would rather correct a confusing sentence than defend it. Thank you for reading the formal page. The rest of the site is written to be used. This page is written to be clear about the limits of that use.
