Unsubscribe
Leave the journal list. Your care visits, if you have them, are not affected by this form.
Enter the same email you used to subscribe. After the address passes validation, this page confirms that a representative will follow up. Removal is completed by email so we do not drop the wrong person when two names are similar.
You can subscribe again later from the footer. Past essays stay on the journal page either way. If messages continue after a few days, write through the contact page and include the email that should be removed.
We keep the request long enough to finish the removal and to answer a follow-up if the mail does not stop. We do not use an unsubscribe request as a reason to send extra promotions. The point of this page is a quiet exit. After you leave, the journal remains public, the pricing page remains public, and any visit already booked stays on the calendar until you change it in a separate message. If you shared the address with a family member who still wants the essays, they can subscribe with their own email. Removing one address never removes another.
You do not need to explain why you are leaving. A reason helps us write better essays, and it is optional. The form only needs the email. Everything else can wait for a contact message if you want a person to read it. A short note is enough either way.
